At the 2021 Best in Pharmacy Awards ceremony, that took place on September 29th, companies were provided with distinctions for their products and services provided to pharmacies.
Our Piktocare solution got the Gold Award for how we train and support pharmacies in providing pharmaceutical care services. With this award, Piktocare’s contribution in strengthening pharmacists’ role, the communication with patients and the relationship of customers with their pharmacy is highly recognized.
In the broader “Best in Sales and Training” pilar Piktocare was additional received a Platinum award, which is the highest honorary distinction, standing out among other strong candidates. This top distinction came as a recognition of Piktocare’s role in offering added value customer experience in pharmacies and complements the positive findings of international studies for the service effectiveness, as well as those of our customer satisfaction surveys.
